Designing

We have expertise in CAD design of plastic parts backed by years of experience.

Every project starts with an idea created in our client's head. It is up to us to visualise it as accurately as possible, starting with a sketch, through creating a digital mockup, to creating a prototype. At this stage we analyse the future product in terms of its correct functioning, we adjust the most suitable materials and estimate the costs of making the product.

Designing is an extremely creative stage of work, during which we use the vast knowledge and experience of our qualified specialists, at the same time taking into account all the indications and guidelines of our clients - in order to not only meet their expectations, but even exceed them.

We use state-of-the-art solutions during the design process, which allows us to create excellent quality visualisations, animations or dynamic simulations. By using CAD (computer aided design) we are able to optimise the production process to the maximum. We shorten its time simultaneously increasing productivity. One of the effects of using CAD is a significant reduction in production costs, which is particularly appreciated by our customers.

Reverse engineering

We also have extensive experience in producing components based on customer-supplied finished parts.

We begin the process of reverse engineering (or reverse engineering) by digitising the original product to be replicated, preserving all the parts and taking into account the properties of the material from which the prototype was made. Based on this information, we prepare the actual design of the product, thanks to which we can make any number of secondary elements.
